I’ve never really had one profession, because I thrive on variety and transformation. I work as a facilitator, strategist, lecturer, and marketing consultant, taking on diverse projects that all share two core ingredients: driving positive change and tapping into the collective intelligence of teams.
Since 2019, I’ve been using agile methods and playful tools like LEGO® Serious Play®, Design Sprints, and Liberating Structures to foster #cothinking and #collaboration. I love creating spaces where people learn from each other, experiment, and build ideas together.
Teaching is a big part of what fuels me — whether in a classroom, a workshop, or a team setting. Helping others discover new ways of thinking and working is one of my favorite parts of what I do.
Over the years, I’ve collaborated with brands like McDonald’s, the Innovation Hub of the University of Zurich, ETH Zurich, and start-ups across Europe.
